Week 2: The Pregnancy Experience – What to Expect & How to Thrive

  • Navigating trimesters: physical, emotional, and mental shifts

  • Doctor visits, birth plans, and building your support team

  • Myth: “Pregnancy should feel magical all the time”

  • Preparing your mind and body through mindfulness and movement


Week 3: Self-Care is Survival – Caring for You While Growing Life

  • Self-care practices tailored for pregnancy

  • Journaling, quiet time, and routines that restore

  • Boundaries during pregnancy: saying no, conserving energy

  • Myth: “You’re selfish if you put yourself first”


Week 4: Welcome Baby – Creating a Safe & Healthy Bond

  • Navigating the 4th trimester (postpartum reality check)

  • Infant care 101 (feeding, sleep, soothing techniques)

  • Mental health awareness (postpartum depression, anxiety signs)

  • Myth: “You’ll instantly bond with your baby”


Week 5: Boundaries & Balance – For You, Baby, & Everyone Else

  • Healthy boundaries with family and friends

  • Establishing daily routines for peace and predictability

  • Returning to work or staying home: decision-making & identity shifts

  • Myth: “You must do it all alone”


Week 6: You Are the Mom for This Job – Owning Your Story

  • Embracing your unique motherhood journey

  • Building your mom village: support, sisterhood, and community
